Terms & Conditions

1. Payment is due in full upon service completion. Payment can be made by credit card, cash or Venmo in person or via payment link I Drive Private Transport will send via Square Payments.

2. Illicit substance and tobacco use is prohibited. Customer pays any fines incurred. The driver has the right to terminate a ride without a refund if there is blatant indiscretion on the part of the customer(s).

3. Damage policy: A charge will be assessed for any missing or broken items provided in the vehicle. Any out-of-the-ordinary soiling or damage will result in a minimum charge of $200 for vehicle repair and cleaning. 

4. Wait time charges will apply after the first 10 minutes of prearranged time and are charged by the 1/4 hour per the hourly rate.

5. Not responsible for delays or ride termination due to unforeseen circumstances. Customer indemnifies driver and company for any missed or delayed rides.  

6. Not responsible for articles left in the vehicle.

7. Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.

8. Cancellation policy: Any cancellation received within 2 hours of pick-up time or a customer no-show will incur a charge for the full amount.
